In this course, you will learn how to utilize the Admin Portal and to customize how ZoomInfo data is being captured by your team. You will learn how to manage, automate, and streamline your team's usage of the ZoomInfo Sales platform, add and edit user(s) and user groups. You will see how to define each user’s access/subscription, monitor usage across users and teams, enable and manage integrations, edit company settings including suppression lists, and create Workflows using ZoomInfo intelligence triggers.
